• Proven experience as a roofer, with a minimum of 3 years in the industry
• In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights
• Reliable transportation to our yard in Valley Center, we use work trucks to get to our worksites. 
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus
